Update Your ACTIVENet Password Next Week

Columbus Recreation and Parks Department is upgrading its ACTIVENet system, where residents sign up to register for classes and camps and rent event venues, on Tuesday, Dec. 9. This upgrade will help improve the department’s processes and make it easier to implement updates and new features to ACTIVENet in the future.

How does this impact you? The system will still look and operate the same so you won’t notice changes to how ACTIVENet works. However, you do need to take action based on the last time you used ACTIVENet:


* If you have not used ACTIVENet in 2025, you will need to create a new account.
* If you used ACTIVENet in 2025, you don’t need to create a new account, but you will need to update your password.

You can create a new account or update your password when you log into the new ACTIVENet for the first time on or after Dec. 9. It’s recommended you do this before registering for the next session so you are ready.
