The zoning code and map update proposal for the S.R. 161/E. Dublin-Granville Road corridor is scheduled for second reading and a possible vote by Columbus City Council on Monday, June 9.

This proposal would apply the newly adopted zoning designations from Zone In Columbus Phase One to properties located between Ponderosa Drive and Sinclair Road - bringing modern zoning standards that better reflect the community's current needs, future growth, and shared values.
