Are you passionate about protecting nature and making a lasting impact on the environment? Join our Conservation Stewardship Program, and help restore and maintain Columbus’ natural spaces! Led by our expert Conservation team, this program is perfect for dedicated volunteers looking to get hands-on experience throughout the season. This year’s focus: pollinator habitats!

The first step is to complete a one-day indoor training session where you'll learn how to identify common plants, hands-on techniques for removing invasive species and how to document your conservation efforts

Serve Up Some Fun: Pickleball and Tennis League Registration Opens Friday

Spring is the perfect time to hit the courts! Registration for our adult pickleball and tennis leagues opens on March 14 at 10 a.m. and closes on March 28. The season starts on April 6. You’ll play one game per week for five weeks. Winning teams will compete in the Champ of Champs Tournament! Schedules will be posted on April 4. League fees are just $40 per team.

Rock Your Summer With School of Rock

Columbus Recreation and Parks is holding auditions for our summer musical," School of Rock! "Based on the hit film, this high-energy, hilarious show follows a down-on-his-luck wannabe rock star who poses as a prep school substitute teacher—leading students on an unforgettable musical adventure.

Auditions are open to all adults and kids (primarily ages 9-14) who love to sing and act—no experience needed! Audition slots are available on April 6-8 (callbacks on April 9). Performances are set for June 26-28 at the Bicentennial Park Stage.
